Customer responsible for All Return Shipping Fee's.
All Returns Must Meet Requirements Below:
Store Credit: All items must be in a suitable condition for resale. We will not accept returned items if these requirements are not me.
  1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. 
  2. All Tags Must be attached, even hanging tags.
  3. Merchandise must not be soiled or torn.
  4. Merchandise must not have Odor or Fragrance smell. 

 We Inspect each order before shipping, so there will less likely be any damaged merchandise.

If exchange or store credit is Approved :

All store credits takes up to 3-4 day to process once merchandise has been received and inspected. A Gift Certificate will be emailed to you with the full amount of your store credit. 

All exchanges will be processed within 4-5 days of receiving merchandise. Once Approved you will receive conformation email with tracking number .

Please provide your original packaging slip to identify whom you are ! If misplaced slip, just include your name and or order number ,as well as, desired size, color, or item you would like to process exchange for. If non is specified we will issue you a store credit via gift certificate in an email.

If exchange or store credit is Denied:

If denied you will receive an email explanation why your process was denied and your tracking number.

All returns are shipped back standard shipping unless customer arrange faster shipping method.
